If it hasn't improved in the last 48 hours, they said to call customer service. When I call, they just open a new call and say there are less than 48 hours left. My ticket allowed me to cancel and change it, so if I canceled and repurchased it, I wouldn't have to worry as much, and the penalty fee would be lower. When I say I want to complain about this problem, I get the message that we will get feedback and get back to you within 14 days. THY is over, and advertisements have devolved into money-sucking machines.
