I missed the ticket I bought from THY because I was sick and they told me that they could help me if I submitted a report. They said they could help me. Since it was a business trip, I had to buy it again and I waited, but I waited almost 4 days of the trip I planned for 1 week and I was forced to buy the ticket myself. Then they returned to me, you can buy the ticket again. But it was not fast in any way, I received a return within 4 days. I called 20 times during this process and urgent was marked. If it was marked urgent, they said that they would return within 12 hours. I had to buy another ticket worth 282.40 euros. I expect to be compensated for my losses. They found me right, but they delayed me and forced me to buy another ticket.
