On July 2, 2024, I purchased tickets for 4 family members to fly from Izmir to Mardin on July 20, 2024. Due to a critical illness in the family, I decided to cancel our vacation and requested a ticket cancellation 14 days before the flight (I want to emphasize this). However, I was extremely upset by what I saw. From the ₺14500 I paid, ₺3500 was deducted. I explained that I am a military personnel and described the situation. But all I received were empty words about ticket standards and that nothing could be done. I don't want to use harsh words, but you leave me no choice.
