On August 23rd, during the second check-in for our flight with Turkish Airlines, my 7-year-old daughter and I were denied boarding because her photo was missing. The flight details are PNR: TVGT22 for the plane from Istanbul to Cyprus. We received no prior notice about this requirement after purchasing our tickets, which caused us significant inconvenience. As if this wasn't enough, we were charged an additional ₺6,500 for rescheduling the flight. I expect such a large airline to address and compensate for our inconvenience.
