Conflicting Responses, Unexpected Charges for Ticket Change on Turkish Airlines
My feedback number 9140767 was responded positively. The route date and time information of the new ticket was requested. I sent the route information in response to the feedback. This time, I was asked again for the reports I attached in the first feedback, which were reviewed and responded positively. I sent the reports again. Although I sent the route information, the feedback were not responded to. I repeatedly requested to be called. Then I created feedback explaining the whole process. Although I waited 3-4 days, there was no response to this. I made call requests again and no one called. The ticket for August 30th is getting sold out. The change fee of 870₺ became 1777₺. Since the ticket would be sold out, I had to make the change I would have made for 870₺ by paying 1777₺. After making the change, I created feedback number 9175027 based on the positive feedback I sent in the attachment and requested a refund of the change fee, stating that I was told that I could change free of charge in the first feedback. Despite this, file number 9175027 was answered as "It has been seen that your current ticket conditions do not allow free ticket refund due to health reasons.". Why did you respond positively to the first feedback if my ticket conditions do not allow free exchange due to surgery? If a negative response had been given, I would have changed my ticket for 870₺ and I would not have to pay 1777₺. I was blatantly victimized. I demand that the victimization be eliminated by refunding the fee. I have been dealing with this issue for about 8-9 days and
