Unauthorized Withdrawal by Turkcell After Contract Termination Request
I had a contract with a Turkcell agency, and it was about to end. I wanted to sign a new contract that would be more financially suitable, but they didn’t offer any such option. So, I decided to switch to a different telecommunications provider. I contacted customer service and asked how I could end my contract without paying any extra fees and follow the proper procedure. We spoke clearly, and I expressed my understanding throughout the conversation. After we finished the call and ended the connection, Turkcell still automatically withdrew a payment from my account. I called customer service again and explained that I followed the correct procedure and the payment should not have been taken. They told me they would review the call recording. Even though I was in the right, the customer service analysis claimed that Turkcell was not at fault and refused to refund my payment. At this point, I am asking Turkcell to return the extra payment they took. They have caused me financial and psychological distress.

I am attaching the content of my complaint and the response I received as a photo. It is clear from the response, which refers to the 4th month of 2024, how carelessly my statements were evaluated. Here you go, Turkcell family, read the response and make an assessment here. You are obliged to take my explanatory statements, which are in the form of questions, into account. No explanation based on my statements was provided, and instead, a response resembling a small fish-big fish game was given, as if making fun of me.
