Turkcell Unauthorized Lines Opened In My Name Blacklist Issue

Today, when I visited the Turkcell Yenidoğan branch in Istanbul to transfer my existing mobile line to Turkcell, I was informed that two separate lines had previously been opened in my name without my knowledge or consent, and that these lines were on the blacklist, which is why my current line transfer could not be completed; the numbers opened without my authorization are 531 484 31 ** and 531 485 ** 46, and I have never applied for these lines, signed any contracts related to them, or given any form of consent, as they were opened entirely without my information; after leaving the branch, I contacted customer service but was merely directed to turkcell.com.tr, and although the website generally functions, the complaint section does not work properly, preventing me from submitting a complaint; therefore, I urgently request that these unauthorized lines opened in my name be thoroughly investigated, that I be removed from the blacklist, and that the obstruction preventing my line transfer be resolved, and I also request a clear written explanation of how and by whom these lines were opened in my name, why this situation occurred, and that all my rights be fully protected throughout this process.
