Turkcell Rip-off - Charged ₺539 for 15 Seconds of Mistake


By some stroke of luck, I ended up buying a package from Turkcell. Surprisingly, I was able to get in touch with a customer representative in just 15 seconds, even though I hadn't used the package at all. I attempted to cancel my package. After facing a considerable challenge for approximately half an hour, despite receiving discouragement, the task was ultimately terminated. Nevertheless, a termination fee of ₺539 was applied. I questioned Turkcell's concept of fairness; they charged me ₺539 in a mere 15 seconds without offering any kind of service. What you've done is truly disheartening, going against the very essence of humanity and the fundamental value of life. I kindly request that this amount be refunded to me promptly.
