Unfair Roaming Charge and Zero Accountability By Turkcell

I recently switched my mobile number +90 532 505 ** 55 from Vodafone to Turkcell — and I already regret it. During a short trip abroad, I made two very short calls, together less than one minute in total. That’s it. Yet Turkcell automatically activated a “daily roaming package” priced at ₺350 per day, without my knowledge, request, or consent. When I realized this, I called Turkcell Customer Service on October 9th between 10:20 and 10:30 AM to object. I clearly explained that I had never requested this package, but the representative told me they couldn’t accept any complaint or refund request — even though the package was activated automatically and without permission. This is not a small issue — it’s about transparency and ethics. Charging ₺700 for just one minute of use, and then refusing to even review the case, is completely unacceptable. What makes this worse is that I never had such problems with Vodafone. Everything worked clearly and fairly there. But Turkcell seems to apply automatic charges and avoid responsibility when questioned. I’m extremely disappointed. If this is how Turkcell treats new customers, I strongly advise everyone to think twice before switching.

A customer representative called me a day before regarding my complaint and stated that there was no such charge in the system, and informed me that if the usage was low, it was canceled. Two days later, the bill arrived and the same amount was added. Are you a mobile operator or a scammer? I am expecting a response on this matter. I demand the cancellation and refund of all my rights.
