Turkcell Refused to Let Me Switch to a Better 40 GB Package Despite Being a New User


I am currently using the “Büyük Festival 40 GB” plan on my Turkcell line ending in 0532*******, and my contract is set to expire on April 9.
Even though I am now in the final month of my contract, I have not been contacted by Turkcell with any new or competitive offer, nor have I received any reasonable proposal.
When I check the Turkcell app, the offers presented to me are significantly more expensive than my current bill.
Because of this, I called customer service twice, explained that my contract is about to end, and asked for assistance and a better offer.
However, in both calls, they simply repeated the same high-priced plans shown in the app and did not provide any additional discount or loyalty-based offer.
Despite being a long-time Turkcell customer, I do not feel valued as a customer.
Unless I am offered a more reasonable and customer-focused plan, I am seriously considering switching my line to Vodafone.
Before my contract expires, I expect a fair and competitive offer that takes into account my usage and customer loyalty.
