Turkcell Platinum 120 GB Plan No Loyalty Offers - Constant Price Increases
I have been using the Turkcell Platinum 120 GB postpaid plan for about 7 years, and during this time I have recommended Turkcell to people around me and used the service with satisfaction. However, for the past 2 years, despite being a long-term and loyal customer, I have not been offered any special discounts or advantageous packages. Instead, my plan price has increased every year, and I keep encountering more expensive options. My contract renewal date expires in 20 days. I contacted customer service, and they told me that continuing with my current plan is the most reasonable option, but that starting from December the price will increase by ₺400 and reach ₺1900. I also checked the Turkcell app and visited the stores, but I couldn’t find any special campaign or discount for me. Until now, I have not received any loyalty benefits or gift packages either. After staying with Turkcell for so many years, not receiving any kind of privilege made me feel let down. I request a personalized, reasonably priced plan or a discounted package (such as 90 GB, 1000 minutes, etc.). Otherwise, I am considering ending my long-term subscription.
