Turkcell Bad Signal Issues


It's been like six months and I haven't been getting any signal on my line. Can't even use the internet, make calls, or send texts. It's frustrating, man. I feel like I have no choice but to go outside just to make a call, but even that doesn't really solve the problem. The signal outside is just terrible, making it impossible for me to participate in any meetings from the comfort of my own home. Last month, I decided to switch up my postpaid package and go for the 100 GB plan. However, I must say, it hasn't quite lived up to my expectations. Every single one of us in our household is stuck with the same operator, and we're all feeling the exact same sense of disappointment. It's not just us who are impacted, but our Turkcell user guests also encounter the same problems when they come to visit. Well, it's just really frustrating when things don't go smoothly, especially when we have people over. Just wanted to let you know that a few days ago, I reached out about this matter. So, I got a response today and they basically said they haven't figured out how to fix the problem yet. I'm really taken aback by this and, honestly, if this problem isn't fixed within a week or at most two, you'll lose five line users from one household. Moreover, I'll make sure to share this information as widely as possible. I have a large audience that I can reach out to. Trust me, if the issue isn't resolved, I'll do whatever it takes to persuade them to switch from Turkcell. I've been a loyal customer for two decades, and it's disheartening to find myself in this unfortunate predicament. I had to step outside just to write this complaint because my phone doesn't get any signal at home. If I decide to change service providers, even with a new contract in place, I won't be subjected to any charges for terminating my current agreement. This problem can be sorted out legally since it's my inherent right to not have to pay for a service that I'm not getting. Kindly send the result to the given address. Are you kidding me? I really can't understand. Based on the response you gave me, I filed this complaint. Charging 500₺ per month from one person in a household and not providing the service, and then postponing the solution to next year, whose idea is this? Solve this issue already. Are you setting up a base station or sending a satellite to space? Whatever you're doing, just do it and solve this problem, otherwise, I will have to contact the necessary authorities.
