My Turkcell Postpaid Line Transfer Blocked by Unresolved Debt Issue

When I wanted to transfer my Turkcell postpaid line to another operator, I encountered a debt issue that has remained unresolved for about a year. Last year, I was told there was a ₺27 debt, but when I went to the dealer, the debt did not appear. Despite going back and forth multiple times between customer service and the Kavacık Turnacıoğlu dealer, I could not get any clear information. I was asked to write a petition, and even after trying for months, I received no results. When I tried again this year, no debt amount was shown, and I was given different information each time I called. I was told the debt had been transferred to a lawyer, but again, no exact amount was provided. Additionally, when I tried to pay for another Turkcell line, I was confronted with different amounts from Turkcell and the law office. From time to time, I am even contacted by people claiming to be from the Varlık Fund, asking me to pay for devices I have never received. Throughout this entire process, I have not been given any written document or clear debt notification. Although I now use my line with another operator, I am still experiencing victimization due to this ongoing uncertainty and miscommunication. My expectation from Turkcell is to be clearly informed in writing of my current debts, to put an end to this confusion, to prevent different amounts from being communicated through different channels, and to have my debt notified in a legally accurate manner.
