I have been a Turkcell customer since 2009. The end date of my current commitment was 10.01.2026, and on 01.01.2026 I submitted a commitment renewal application via the Turkcell mobile application for the new term. While completing this transaction, my intention was for the new package to become effective as of the date my existing commitment ended, namely 10.01.2026. I did not request or consent to any early package change before the expiration of my commitment. Despite this, on my invoice dated 10.02.2026, I noticed that an amount of ₺978 had been reflected as a “package change fee.” This charge has arisen due to an early transition processed without my knowledge and explicit consent. I only applied to renew my expiring commitment, and I did not approve any action that would incur an early change fee. I contacted Turkcell customer service about this situation, but I was informed that nothing could be done. I do not find this response acceptable, as the transaction that caused the fee does not reflect my stated request and intention during the renewal process. I request the cancellation of the unjustly charged amount of ₺978, the correction and reissuance of the relevant invoice, and that written confirmation of these actions be provided to me. As a long-standing Turkcell customer, I kindly and urgently request that my grievance be resolved.
