Dyson Refuses to Replace Broken Pneumatic Head of Big Ball Allergy2 Under Warranty


The pneumatic head of my Dyson Big Ball Allergy2 vacuum cleaner broke. When I called Dyson support, they told me they could provide the part for a fee. However, I have a 5-year warranty, and I don’t understand how they can impose a quota on spare part support that I am entitled to. This is not a cheap product, yet they are trying to sell me the part for an additional cost. Dyson is not the same as it used to be, and I regret trusting the brand and buying it. The head keeps breaking repeatedly. I will take the product to the Consumer Arbitration Board and report that you are charging for a product under warranty.
