Tefal Ingenio Ultimate Titanium 3x Lid Arrived Broken, No Replacement Offered

When I contacted customer service, I was told they would accept a return but could not offer a replacement. Instead, they suggested I purchase a new lid separately.
This is highly disappointing and feels more like a commercial push than a focus on customer satisfaction. It’s clear from similar complaints that this issue is not uncommon, which raises concerns about the product’s overall quality control.
I request a resolution that prioritizes customer satisfaction, such as replacing the defective lid without additional cost. Tefal must address this issue promptly.
