My Samsung Jet 60 Brush Head Broke During Use and I Refuse to Pay for a Known Defect

The brush head of my Samsung Jet 60 vacuum cleaner broke during regular use. After researching the issue, I discovered that several other users have experienced the exact same problem. It clearly appears to be a chronic defect with the product design.
I find it completely unacceptable that I am expected to pay for a replacement when this is clearly a widespread manufacturing flaw. To make matters worse, the replacement brush head is not readily available.
Given this experience, I have no intention of choosing a Samsung product again when it comes time to upgrade. If Samsung cannot stand behind its products and fix known issues without charging customers extra, how can consumers trust the brand?
I demand that Samsung provide a replacement brush head free of charge and take full responsibility for this defect. I expect a prompt and fair resolution.
