TuneCore Support Goes Silent on $49.99 Music Distribution Payment

About 3 months ago, I paid $49.99 through TuneCore to release my work titled "İlahi Adalet" (UPC: 859797459863). I made my payment by credit card. However, in the time since, my work hasn't been released, and I haven't received any information whatsoever.
During this time, I tried reaching out to TuneCore customer service multiple times, but I never got any response. I've just been left waiting indefinitely and treated unfairly.
I don't want to deal with this process anymore. I'm requesting that my money be refunded as soon as possible — I don't want to have to deal with TuneCore any further.
