PUBG Mobile Payment Taken by Tencent, But No UC Delivered

I made three separate payments of ₺779.99 each for UC in PUBG Mobile, totaling approximately ₺2500. However, I never received the UC in my account, even though the payments were successfully processed. I can provide proof of these transactions if needed. It’s been three weeks, and despite paying for the in-game currency, my account (la****ti31) still shows no UC balance.

This is extremely frustrating, as Tencent Games is a globally renowned company, and I expected better service. While others seem to receive their purchases without issue, I’m left with no resolution. If this isn’t resolved and my UC is not credited, I will consider legal action.

Tencent, please address this issue immediately and either credit my UC or refund my payments. I trusted your platform, but this experience has been deeply disappointing.
