TuneCore Pro User Locked Out of Account After Songs Vanish From All Platforms
I use the TuneCore Pro service. Three days ago, my video on YouTube was deleted first, and then today, my songs were removed from Spotify, Apple Music, and all other digital platforms, with no notification whatsoever. I can't log into my account, and I'm not receiving any emails to my recovery email either. My registered email address is e*******@gmail.com.
I reached out to TuneCore customer service through live chat and email, but I haven't received any response so far. I paid $45 for the service.
My primary request is for my account to be reopened and for my songs to be republished on all platforms. If that's not possible, I want a refund of the fee I paid. I'm requesting that my problem be resolved urgently. I also want to make clear that if I don't receive any positive response whatsoever, I'll be pursuing legal action.
