Tuborg Does Not Provide Discounts to Its Dealers
As the owner of Sonumut Liquor Store in Bilecik/Merkez, I'm writing to share my complaint. Your sales representative, Mr. S***, has been unhelpful despite my 11-month history of purchasing products. He has consistently failed to provide any discounts, returns, or support, always deflecting with promises of "next week" or "after the new year."
As a Salih Gazozcu company customer, I'm requesting the overdue discounts and returns for at least 10 months of invoiced purchases. While A*** Group has issued return invoices six times, the much larger Salih Gazozcu Inc. hasn't even assigned a basic representative to address our concerns.
We're extremely frustrated with this situation and can't find an authorized person to contact. We're supposed to be business partners, but we've realized we're not even treated as employees. We're now receiving offers to become a "blue point" distributor for other companies. We urgently await your response to resolve this issue.
