Sürat Kargo Delayed My Shipment for a Week and Caused Losses Before New Year

On December 27, my supplier in Istanbul shipped my products, but it has been a week, and my package is still sitting at the Sürat Kargo Branch. I waited on hold with the main office for 32 minutes the first time and 42 minutes the second time but couldn’t reach anyone. I then contacted the call center, and they said they would resolve the issue as soon as possible, but nothing happened. The next day, I called again, and once more, they promised to address it quickly, but my package is still at the Sürat Kargo Branch. There is no one to solve my issue or to file a complaint with. I purchased these products to sell during the New Year season, and now I am incurring losses. Neither my package is being delivered, nor is there anyone to compensate me for my losses, nor is there an authority to file a complaint with.
