Kıyafet Sepeti Won’t Process My Return or Refund – No Customer Support

I returned my items to Kıyafet Sepeti within the required time frame using the designated shipping company. However, I have received no update, no confirmation, and no refund. It has been completely silent on their end.

I have emailed them multiple times and called their listed phone number countless times, yet there is no response. It feels like there is no real customer service team at all. They claim to care about customer satisfaction, but their actions say otherwise.

I demand an immediate resolution! Kıyafet Sepeti must process my return and issue my refund as promised. Ignoring customers and withholding refunds is unacceptable. I expect a response as soon as possible!
