I Cannot Sell JTI Cigarettes Because No Distributor Visits Me
Hello, I am writing from Istanbul, Turkey. I run a market that sells cigarettes, but JTI Turkey and its distributor, 'Nam Dünya Soft Drinks', does not visit my store, and as a result, I am unable to sell their cigarette products. Although I have reported this issue to JTI Turkey, there has been no response or follow-up. I have even made multiple attempts to reach them through both phone and email, but no one has taken any initiative to resolve the problem. This situation not only affects my sales but also upsets my regular customers who specifically ask for JTI products. As a market owner, I believe that JTI Turkey is being run by unqualified personnel, and I am reaching out to JTI Global because the local team seems unresponsive and disconnected from basic service standards.
