I Bought Two Oppo Reno2Z Headsets and Both Left Sides Stopped Working at the Same Time
My wife and I recently purchased two Oppo Reno2Z smartphones, each bundled with a headset. While we’ve been very satisfied with the performance of the phones themselves, both headsets have the exact same issue—the left earbud on each one has completely stopped working. This didn’t happen gradually. Both failed at the same time, which leads me to believe this is not just coincidence but rather a chronic defect in the product.
We take good care of our devices and accessories, so it’s especially frustrating to have both units malfunction simultaneously. If it were just one headset, I might dismiss it as a one-off fault—but two failing in the same way points to a serious quality control issue.
I urge Oppo to acknowledge this issue and either replace both defective headsets or offer a refund. We invested in your brand expecting reliability, and while the phones meet that expectation, the accessories fall far short. Please resolve this quickly—we shouldn't have to pay more out of pocket due to a design flaw.
