22 days ago Turkcell did not fulfill the Samsung wireless headset I needed in exchange for a renewal of commitment. 3 days before the holiday, I was called from the Ankara dealer and asked to be at home the next day. We were told that we will bring your product. He didn't come. I called and was told it was a stock problem. I said, "If there is a stock problem, why did you make an appointment for the next day?" I didn't get any results. Anyway, I waited for another 15 days, and finally on April 10, the Ankara dealer called again and said, "Be home tomorrow, we have procured the product that we will bring this time." The next day, I received a message from Superonline on my phone, informing me that our technical team was on its way to your address, and I waited. Around 16:00 in the evening, the Ankara dealer called again and said that it was out of stock and that we would definitely deliver it on Tuesday, 4 days later. I am disabled, I use a social package and I canceled my physical therapy appointment. Shouldn't a large corporate like Turkcell be more sensitive to its disabled customers?
