The TCL 6500 robot vacuum that I recently purchased has been giving me a number of issues ever since I got it. First, I was unable to map the house for a period of three weeks, and then all of a sudden, it started working. However, just when I believed that everything had been fixed, it started having problems with the self-cleaning function. After that, it had trouble deleting the map, and it couldn't locate the charging station it was supposed to use. After that, it completely stopped mapping, and despite multiple attempts, the map still displays uneven walls in spite of this. I have never been treated with such indifference in all my life. I want a permanent resolution.
