Trust Wallet USDT Conversion on Zerotrx.io Failed and Funds Disappeared
On 05/10/2026 at approximately 7:01 PM, I connected my Trust Wallet to Zerotrx.io in order to convert the Tether (USDT) balance in my wallet into TRX. A total of 22 USDT was deducted from my wallet, but after the transaction was completed, the expected TRX balance was never credited back to my wallet.
During the transaction, the address TBeEj4T6JpfuHq5PeMGBKrwhENYfGLDTnH was used. Despite this, no TRX transfer was completed and my balance effectively disappeared. Zerotrx.io does not provide any live support service, so I attempted to contact them through Telegram, but I never received any response whatsoever.
I do not accept that situations like this are being normalized within the cryptocurrency market, and I believe I have clearly been victimized by this failed transaction. I request that Zerotrx.io investigate the related transaction, fully credit the TRX balance corresponding to my 22 USDT back to my wallet, and provide me with a clear explanation regarding what happened during this process.
