Trust Wallet Transferred 0.7 BNB (~$600) Without My Consent and Balance Disappeared

On September 3, 2025, I transferred 0.7 BNB (around $600) into my Trust Wallet mobile app. The transaction was completed successfully, and the balance appeared in my wallet. However, shortly afterward, my balance was reset to zero, and Trust Wallet transferred my funds to another account without my approval.

This is the first time I have ever faced such a problem. I noticed no signs of a security breach on my device or my email account—no suspicious activity that would explain the loss of funds. Yet, my balance was taken from me without warning.

I attempted to reach Trust Wallet customer service, but I received no response at all. The lack of support makes this situation even worse, especially considering the amount of money involved.

I demand that Trust Wallet investigates this incident immediately and refunds my missing 0.7 BNB. If my balance is not restored, I will be forced to pursue legal action to recover my funds. Customers should never lose their assets without consent or explanation, and this matter must be resolved urgently.
