I transferred approximately 8,000 USD from my Trust Wallet to my Binance Global account via the e*** network. I completed the transaction on November 29, 2025, sending the funds to the following Binance address: 0xd023a9c8AB1e4928BB575178dd7. Although the transaction shows as successful on the blockchain, my Binance balance still appears as zero, and the funds have not been credited to my account.
As a result of this issue, I am facing a serious financial loss, and I cannot determine exactly where the problem originated. I request that Trust Wallet and Binance jointly conduct a detailed investigation of the transaction, and that my 8,000 USD either be refunded to me or fully credited to my Binance account without any deductions.
