Trust Wallet Support Refuses Help After Recovery Phrase Lost

As of today, I am unable to access my wallet in the Trust Wallet app. I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it, but when I tried to log back in, I was asked to enter my 12-word recovery phrase. Since I forgot this phrase, I am unable to reopen my wallet. There is approximately $27 worth of USDT in my wallet, and I currently have no way to access these funds.
I contacted Trust Wallet through Telegram, but I was told they could not assist me due to system restrictions. I am requesting that an alternative verification method be provided so I can log back into the app, or that access to my wallet be restored.
I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed and that I be provided with support to regain access to my wallet.
