I Can’t Access My Trust Wallet Account After Logout Because I Forgot Recovery Phrase

Since last night, I have been locked out of my Trust Wallet mobile app account after logging out. The problem is that I no longer remember my 12-word recovery phrase, which means I cannot regain access to my wallet. This has left me extremely frustrated, especially since I have a balance of $243.77 stuck in the account.

I tried every possible step, including resetting the app and emailing Trust Wallet support, but I have not received any helpful response. The issue persists not only on my current phone but also when I attempt to log in from another device.

At this point, I feel helpless. I trusted Trust Wallet to securely manage my funds, but the lack of support in such cases makes the situation even worse. I understand the importance of recovery phrases, but customers should not be abandoned without any alternative solutions when their funds are at stake.

I am requesting that Trust Wallet provide assistance to help me recover access to my account and resolve this issue. Losing access to money because of a forgotten phrase without proper support is not acceptable. I expect this problem to be investigated and my $243.77 balance restored.
