I want to share a serious issue I experienced through the Trust Wallet mobile app. On September 18, 2025, under the guidance of a company introducing itself as financial experts named M***, I was instructed to first transfer the balance from my financial account to my Trust Wallet account, and then to Binance. During the process, a person claiming to be calling from the UK made inquiries about my account and even sent some documents to me by email. Without fully understanding what I was doing, I followed their directions.
Later, I was told that in order to withdraw my funds, I had to deposit $1,615, and that a block had been placed on my account. At this point, both my Trust Wallet and other accounts are completely empty, and I have lost around $2,556 in total.
Currently, I cannot reach any customer service, and the app does not show any block or warning message. No security assurance or agreement was ever provided. I simply want to see my money back in my account or to receive a refund. I urgently expect a resolution and support regarding this issue.
