On September 18, 2025, I initiated a transfer of 15,936.63 USDT from the Trust Wallet app to Binance.com. Although no risks were shown in the app during the transaction, shortly afterward I received a call from the phone number +41 78 402**. I was told that the transfer was considered risky and that my balance had been frozen. I was then asked to deposit an additional 3,187.92 USDT — 20% of my balance — in order for the transfer to be processed. I explained that I could not make this additional deposit. Later, I was told that if I closed my wallet, my balance could be transferred to my bank account in TL equivalent.
Throughout this process, I only received one reply from *@trustwallet.com, and none of my follow-up emails have been answered. I used the official, updated version of the app and did not use any third-party applications or links. My wallet address is 0X3d9733e7--565ffed625d270.
For nearly a week, I have been sending emails requesting a refund of my funds, but I have not received any response. I cannot access my own money, and I have no one to resolve this issue with.
I am requesting that the block be lifted and that my balance be returned to me without any further fees being demanded. I urgently need support on this matter.
