I recently transferred $1,695 USD via Trust Wallet to a crypto exchange, but my funds are now stuck in limbo. When I contacted support, they claimed my money was on hold and would only be processed if I deposited an additional $3,300 USD (27 BNB) as a so-called "verification deposit."
