Unable to Transfer AIGS Coins from Trust Wallet – "Wallet Locked" Issue

I am facing an issue with Trust Wallet regarding my AIGS coins. When I try to transfer them to Binance, I receive a "wallet locked" error. Customer service informed me that I need to deposit $300 to resolve the issue.

This situation seems highly suspicious. Why should I have to make an additional payment just to access my own funds? I am unable to withdraw my existing balance, which is extremely frustrating and raises concerns about the platform's integrity.

Furthermore, there is no clear point of contact or a representative who can provide reliable assistance. I demand immediate support to unlock my wallet and transfer my funds without any additional payments. Trust Wallet must resolve this promptly.
