Trust Wallet Holding My $1,751 Balance Hostage Unless I Deposit More Money

For about a month now, I have been experiencing a serious issue accessing the $1,751 balance in my Trust Wallet account. I was told that in order to withdraw my own money, I needed to deposit an additional $851 into the account. Being asked to deposit more money just to withdraw my existing balance seemed unreasonable and unsafe to me, so I did not make the payment.

During this process, I received a phone call, and the person insisted that I needed to make this additional payment. However, I did not accept this because I do not believe it is a normal procedure. I also do not know whether the number that called me actually belongs to Trust Wallet’s official support line. They claimed they were calling from Trust Wallet, but the situation felt very suspicious.

I request that the $1,751 balance shown in my Trust Wallet account be refunded to me in full, without any additional payment requirements, and that these suspicious requests for extra payments be thoroughly investigated.
