On March 2, 2026, I contacted individuals on Telegram who claimed to be “Trust Wallet officials” in order to withdraw my balance of 137,853 USDT from my Trust Wallet. These individuals then contacted me via WhatsApp, connected to my phone remotely, and guided me through certain actions, saying that I needed to perform transactions through OKX TR and OKX Global. They also told me I needed to activate certain networks, and for this so-called “activation,” I was instructed to perform an additional transaction of 1,114.12 USDT from my own OKX accounts.

During this process, they had me install a remote access application on my phone, giving them control over my screen and device. Later, they sent me a technical report claiming that my wallet address had been inactive for a long time and that due to “network activity” and “network reactivation” issues, the withdrawal could not be finalized. They then told me I needed to perform another transaction to re-synchronize the address. Finally, they demanded an additional 1,000 USDT.

At this point, I cannot access or withdraw the 137,853 USDT shown in my Trust Wallet, nor the additional 1,114.12 USDT I was instructed to send. I am seriously concerned about whether these individuals on Telegram and WhatsApp are actually affiliated with Trust Wallet.

I was told I would receive a response from live support today, but the issue has not yet been resolved. I request that Trust Wallet investigate individuals using their name on Telegram and WhatsApp to conduct remote-access operations, and that they review my case and ensure that my 137,853 USDT balance is safely restored or made withdrawable.
