Trusting their explanation, I transferred the funds—but now it’s been over a day, and nothing has been returned. After that, I was contacted again via WhatsApp from +44 7534 106***, this time saying there was a “leverage issue” and that I needed to send more money to complete the process.
This is clearly a fraud, and I’ve been scammed out of my money. I demand Trust Wallet take immediate action to investigate these impersonators, assist in recovering the lost funds, and ensure better security protocols to protect users from such scams.
