Trust Wallet Froze My 7,000 USDT Balance and Demanded More Transfers on Telegram
While using my Trust Wallet crypto wallet, my account and the balance of 7,000 USDT inside have been frozen for the past six days. I am unable to make any withdrawals. At the beginning of the issue, I received an email from Binance.US stating that “my contract was temporarily suspended and my balance was frozen.”
Afterward, I contacted support through Telegram. I was told that in order to unlock my wallet and withdraw my funds, I needed to send 2,000 USDT to my own wallet in a single transaction. Since I sent it in two separate transfers, I was then asked to send another 2,000 USDT. Later, they said two transactions would be acceptable, but the first transfer of 1,280 USDT was blocked due to “AML risk,” and they told me to send the remaining amount. Finally, I was asked to send an additional 3,000 USDT within 24 hours. At that point, I stopped making further transfers, and I still could not recover my money.
Currently, all of my funds remain blocked in my wallet, and I cannot withdraw any of it.

Throughout this entire process, no official resolution was provided — I only received instructions through Telegram, and my funds were never refunded. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I am requesting that my grievance be resolved and that all blocked funds in my wallet be returned to me.
