I am deeply disappointed with Trust Wallet's recent event that halted withdrawals on May 31st. We are currently unable to withdraw our funds unless we deposit an additional 30%. Our deposit was made by one of our team members, and they withdrew our entire balance without any response. Under the guise of a "blockchain event," we were duped into thinking Trust Wallet was a secure wallet. I demand an immediate and complete refund of all of my funds. If the situation is not resolved quickly, I will take legal action to protect my rights. Furthermore, Trust Wallet's lack of transparency and failure to provide adequate customer support is extremely troubling. Their actions resulted in significant financial loss as well as emotional distress. Trust Wallet must be held accountable for its misleading practices and negligence in protecting user funds. I contacted their customer service several times, but all of my inquiries were met with silence.
