I Swapped sETH for Ethereum on Trust Wallet but Didn’t Receive the ETH

I used Trust Wallet to swap sETH for Ethereum, and while the sETH was deducted from my account, the ETH never arrived in my wallet. The transaction appears to have gone through, but my ETH balance hasn’t updated—and I’ve been left with no access to my funds.

I’ve tried everything to reach someone at Trust Wallet, but there is no direct support, no response, and no one to take responsibility. I’m stuck with no funds and no help. My money is basically lost unless someone steps in.

I urgently need Trust Wallet to investigate this issue and either complete the ETH transfer or refund the value. If anyone else has experienced this and managed to resolve it, please share how. A wallet should protect its users—not leave them stranded when something goes wrong.
