I Face Frozen 135,000 USDT Balance in Trust Wallet — Asked to Pay Extra Collateral

For about 10 days, I haven’t been able to transfer my 135,000 USDT balance shown in the Trust Wallet mobile app. Every time I try to make a transfer, I get a “collateral deficiency” error. During this process, I was contacted by someone named f* who claimed to be a Trust Wallet representative. They told me I needed to deposit $45,000 USD as collateral to resolve the issue, which I did through Binance TR. However, even after making the payment, the transaction still didn’t go through, and I was later told that I needed to deposit an additional $7,535 USD as collateral.

I have never encountered such a problem before. My account currently holds 135,000 USDT, and I want to transfer or withdraw the full amount immediately. I request that Trust Wallet release my funds in full and return them to me without any further conditions.
