For nearly three months, I’ve been unable to withdraw my money from Trust Wallet. My funds are in USDT (Tether), and the people who initially helped transfer the money there are now demanding a so-called “collateral payment” of ₺8300 before I can access my own funds. They claim unless I pay this amount, my withdrawal will not be processed. This is completely outrageous and feels like extortion. They even said they already sent the money as a token, but I still can’t do anything with it. I’m stuck, and I have no idea what to do next. I feel completely helpless. I trusted this platform, but now I’m filled with regret. I urgently need Trust Wallet—or anyone responsible—to resolve this situation and give me access to my money without forcing me to pay arbitrary fees. This isn’t how a crypto wallet should work.
