I Lost $21,000 Investment on Binance and Cannot Withdraw My Funds

I made a total investment of around $21,000 through the Binance mobile app, with my first transfer on July 29, 2025 and the last on August 8, 2025. During the process, I was told that my funds were being invested and that my balance was increasing. However, when I attempted to withdraw my money, I was informed that I needed to deposit a collateral payment first.

I mistakenly deposited collateral, only to be told that it was also added to the investment, supposedly increasing my balance further. Afterwards, I was asked to deposit an additional $15,000 collateral, and when I refused, I was pressured to take out a loan. I also rejected that.

Later, I was informed that my funds had been transferred to my Trust Wallet account, but to withdraw them I needed to pay a $10,900 gas fee, which they claimed would be sent to Binance before releasing my money to my bank account. This demand was extremely suspicious, so I refused. At this point, my funds still show in Trust Wallet, but I cannot withdraw anything, and the people who guided me through this process have now stopped responding.

For over a week, I have been unable to perform any financial transactions, and all communication was handled through WhatsApp, not directly with Binance’s official support. I now believe I was deceived.

I am urgently requesting that Binance and Trust Wallet investigate this case, recover my blocked funds, and at least return my original $21,000 investment if the total cannot be reclaimed. Furthermore, I want to state that if my supposed balance is being used in ways that violate Turkish law, I hold the individuals responsible, not myself.
