Trust Wallet Recovery Issue — Account Possibly Compromised After Screen Share
I currently have approximately $289,000 worth of TRX in my Trust Wallet. I am experiencing serious difficulties accessing my wallet and transferring my balance to my active wallet.
When I first created the wallet, I was assisted by someone who claimed to be an investment advisor. They asked me to share my screen, and since it was my first time setting up a wallet, I trusted them.
Now, it seems that my password has either been forgotten or is known by someone else, and I believe that my wallet is under someone else’s control.
Although I still have my recovery (seed) phrases, I am unable to get past the password step, and I can’t transfer or secure my funds.
I have been unable to reach Trust Wallet’s official customer support, and there appears to be no phone support available.
I urgently request assistance to restore access to my wallet, secure my account, and recover control of my balance.
This is an emergency situation, and I need immediate support.
