Trivago Hotel Reservation Error

Despite my reservation being made for July, it was mistakenly displayed as June. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the error during the transaction and the reservation was unintentionally made for June. Prior to making my reservation, the website clearly stated that I had the option for a complimentary refund. However, after completing the transaction, that message mysteriously vanished. I'm unable to find any contact information for the intermediary company called algotels. It's quite disappointing that the hotel is unable to show the reservation.
