Trip.com Withholds $134 Pegasus Airlines Flight Cancellation Refund

I purchased a September 11 Prague - Istanbul (PRG-SAW) Pegasus Airlines flight through Trip.com, but I canceled the flight directly through Pegasus. The written confirmation sent to me by Pegasus Guest Relations clearly states that under application number 15406149, the refund process successfully finished and the airline transferred the funds to Trip.com as the agency.

Despite this, Trip.com continues to withhold the $134 refund that Pegasus transferred to them, failing to return the money to my original payment card for weeks. My Trip.com booking number is 1638324193751754, my Pegasus PNR code is 2dtqsp, and my Pegasus application number is 15406149.

I have already initiated a chargeback process through my bank and shared this unfair experience on international platforms, including Trustpilot. I possess all correspondence and supporting documents, including official emails from Pegasus and bank/transaction screenshots.

Trip.com taking this long to pass along a refund already issued by the airline is completely unacceptable. I demand that Trip.com refund the $134 directly to my original payment card immediately, without any additional deductions.
