Trip.com Refuses Cash Refund and Offers Voucher After Safety Cancellation

I had to cancel my flight reservation from Istanbul to Dubai, which I purchased through Trip.com, due to security concerns caused by the ongoing conflict in the region. My reservation number is 1638318859325952.

After canceling, I requested a cash refund of my ticket, but I was only offered a voucher, and no monetary refund was issued. I do not want a voucher or any alternative option; I request a full refund of the amount I paid, returned via my original payment method or through my bank.

Additionally, I have experienced serious difficulties reaching customer service during this process. I have been unable to connect with a representative or find a point of contact. Since this cancellation was made out of necessity due to safety concerns, I request that my case be reviewed using my reservation number and that the full amount be refunded to me in cash as soon as possible, without further inconvenience.
