Hotels.com Reservation Canceled by Mistake - Request for Refund

I made a reservation for a vacation through Hotels.com. However, while trying to change my room, I accidentally canceled my booking. The payment was deducted from my card, and I was informed that a refund would not be issued.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue, as I do not accept paying ₺22,000 for a hotel I did not stay in, especially when I canceled at the same time. Please help me rectify this situation and address my concerns. Thank you.
